The final table of this tournament was packed with superstars. Each player won at least one WSOP bracelet. The winner of this intense battle was Francesco “forzaitalia” Garofalo, the only player without a bracelet.

Francesco Garofalo Outplays the High Rollers as a Dark Horse

Before this tournament, Francesco Garofalo’s GGPoker profile showed only $38K in winnings. He entered the final table with the third-largest stack of 49 big blinds. Garofalo spent the first two hours playing cautiously until he doubled up against Chris Brewer.
