After a nearly three-year ban from ACR Poker, the American high roller bigsoowoop has finally returned to the room to start winning tournaments (and being generous in cash) again. However, his return did not start off particularly smoothly.

Why Aram Was Banned from ACR Poker?
As he shared on X (Twitter), he caused his own ban a few years ago by rushing:
“Let me set the record straight here boys and grils. I am banned from ACR. I won 500k in a day and had a friend create another acr account to withdraw my money faster. They banned me for “soft multi accounting”. Like biggie smalls said “More Money More Problems!”
WPN CEO Phil Nagy responded to his post, offering a solution:
“You could have just sent an e-mail. We are human. DM me.”
Less than a day later, the ban was lifted and the money was withdrawn — Aram himself reported this, taking full responsibility for the incident:
“Hey just want to clear some more ACR things up here.
1) ACR is a good honest poker company imo
2) Its not there fault i created 2 accounts to withdraw faster thats on me.
3) I got all my money back the 500k I am talking about from ACR after I told them the truth ! They legit!”
For the next few weeks, Aram wrote non-stop about his play on ACR Poker.
Hello, Cash Games — Bye, Money!
One of the games Aram jumped into first was the $100/200 All-in or Fold cash game.
On May 20th, he shared a screenshot of himself going into the red by $49K.

Trying to find some moral support, Oganyan began to joke — for example, noticing Phil “Justsomefish72” Nagy at the table, he wrote:
“Phil felt so bad for me he came and joined lol”
And when he lost $65K, Aram began to theorize about why his opponents were so lucky:

Nagy, by the way, found words of support for him even here:
“What would an upswing mean without a downswing. Look back get in the lab and see how much was run bad and how much was poker gods.”
However, the poker gods weren’t exactly eager to return Aram’s favor in cash games, so he made the strategic decision to jump into tournaments. And not just any but Online Super Series events.
OSS Became a Bankroll Savior (For Now)
By the time Aram reached the final table of the $2,650 OSS#133 – $200,000 GTD, his downswing had been painful enough that the high roller wanted nothing more than to win back his losses.
On this energy, he reached heads-up, where his opponent offered him a deal — and Oganyan was not at all happy about it.

Unfortunately, Aram didn’t have the opportunity to inform GGsucks of his reasons for refusing the deal, so he was forced to win the tournament, taking home $52,875.

After this victory, Oganyan’s graph on SharkScope looked like this — though it’s worth remembering that this website doesn’t take any cash results into account:

Perhaps Aram should still stick to MTT and avoid cash games — at least, their All-in or Fold variation — for some time.
