Highroller week: GGPoker offers $20 million guarantees

GGPoker is bringing out the big guns again next week in the battle for the number one spot on the online poker market against PokerStars. At short notice, the provider has announced a new Highroller Week and guarantees 20 million dollars over 42 tournaments starting this Sunday. In the Main Event alone, 5 million dollars are guaranteed.
These are numbers that make the tournament series of other operators look like tournaments for ants. While 888poker and partypoker guarantee one million and one and a half million dollars across all tournaments in their respective tournament series this January, GGPoker guarantees both of these amounts in two different tournaments on the very first day of the series.
Highroller Week Highlights
- $525 Kickoff Bounty tournament with $1.5m guaranteed
- Two $1,050 GGMasters Highrollers with $1m guaranteed each
- $25,500 Super Highroller with $1m guaranteed
- $2,100 Omaha Main Event with $1m guaranteed
- $10,300 Main Event with $5m guaranteed
The two Main Events will each have 5 starting days throughout the week and the second day of both events will be Sunday the 30th of January. The final table of the Main Event will be broadcast live on Twitch.
