Having ended Day 1C with enough chips to put him in the top 20 for that flight, Stephen continued to progress and, by Day 5, found himself among the remaining 37 survivors from the massive field. Despite slipping down to just 5BB as the tournament entered the final phase, the qualifier managed to hold on long enough to make his chunky cash.
