Highlights of the Series
The WSOP Online schedule for 2023 has been released and will feature a dynamic range of events designed to challenge and entertain poker players of all levels. Notable highlights include the exhilarating #33 GGMillion$ Super High Roller [Final Day], offering a remarkable $10 million guarantee with a $10,300 buy-in, scheduled for October 2. The action kicks off with the #2 $300 Gladiators of Poker Opener [Final Day] on August 21, boasting a $2.5 million guaranteed prize pool with a $300 buy-in. And of course, the highlight of the Series is the Main Event which has a buy-in of $5,000 and a guaranteed prize pool of a whopping $25,000,000! Last year’s Main Event was won by Simon Mattsson for $2,793,574! The online poker giant from Scandinavia added this majestic title this impressive resume by completely dominating the final table. Samuel Vousden, Istvan Briski, Tim Rutherford, and Yanfei Chi are just a couple of names he left behind him to secure the title.

Continental Freerolls and Regional Champions
In the spirit of global competition, GGPoker is introducing a unique opportunity for players to participate in $2 million worth of Continental Freerolls. Spanning four continents – the Americas, Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Asia Pacific – each of the 33 freerolls, aligned with the WSOP Online bracelet events, will offer up to $100,000 in WSOP Paradise packages and cash prizes.
Entry to these invitational freerolls is open to players who took part in the corresponding WSOP Online bracelet event and hail from the same continent as the victorious bracelet winner. For instance, if an Asia-Pacific player secures victory in WSOP Online bracelet event #1, all Asia-Pacific participants in the bracelet tournament will be automatically enrolled in the associated freeroll occurring one week later. Additional invitations may be extended to select players from the same continent, fostering a sense of camaraderie and competition.
A Continental Leaderboard will also be in play, with the top four Continental Champions vying for a remarkable $35,000 WSOP Paradise package.
