888poker XL Winter Series

From January 16th until January 30th, 888poker is running the XL Winter Series with a total guarantee of $1.5 million spread over 44 tournaments. From January 6th, there are daily freerolls that can be used to qualify for the main event for free.

Highlights of the XL Winter Series

  • $55 Opener Event with $100,000 Guarantee
  • $109 Tune Up with $200,000 guarantee
  • $33 Mini Main Event with $50,000 Guarantee
  • $250 Main Event with $500,000 Guarantee

With a total of 44 tournaments and buy-ins between $16.50 and $320, there is a tournament for almost every player in this series. Many of the events are knockout tournaments and there are also a few pure freeze-outs (without re-entry option).

Qualification via freerolls

Freerolls are held daily on 888poker which award tickets to the Main Event. Alternatively, there are numerous satellites that start with buy-ins of one cent.
