Biography
Coleman has a degree from Rutgers University in Finance with a minor in economics. Before playing poker full-time, he briefly worked as a pension plan administrator after graduating. Coleman was playing online poker after work hours, and it wasn’t long before he decided to give poker a go full-time. He quit his job and has played ever since. In 2015, Coleman was playing six to eight tables of $1-$2 and $2-$5 before moving to tournaments in 2017.

Coleman’s first recorded cash came in a $300 Hold’em tournament in Atlantic City back in 2015. He played consistently over the years, the buy-ins increasing incrementally as the years passed. 2021 was a landmark year for Coleman, as he scored over $1,000,000 in live tournament cashes. The largest of which was a $455,000 score for second place in the $50,000 No Limit Hold’em PokerGo Cup. He finished 3rd for $144,000 in a $25,000 at the same event just two days before. He scored another second-place finish for $364,000 at $50,000 No Limit Hold’em – SHRB Europe in Cyprus. He rounded off the year with a $272,000 score in the $50,000 No Limit Hold’em at the PGT Poker Masters and a hat-trick of scores in November, ranging from $113,000-$140,000.
