GGPoker’s Super MILLION$ Is Getting Even Juicier in 2023
As much as we might strive for perfection, there’s always room for improvement, and the world of real money online poker is no exception. Furthermore, instead of the rather unambitious ‘if it’s not broken don’t fix it’ that many settle for, it’s nice to see popular online poker room GGPoker unveiling a raft of improvements on an already successful tournament set-up.
Anything called Super MILLION$ is sure to attract attention, and these weekly $10,300 buy-in high-roller events obviously garner interest from everyone, from keen recreational players looking for a shot at glory to seasoned veterans and hardened pros. Once again, it’s good to see the likes of GGPoker marrying online tournament poker with live poker (see below).
With so much - literally - at stake, it’s important to make these special tournaments maximally accessible, and GGPoker are doing their utmost in this regard.
Super MILLION$ SuperRanking Leaderboard
This new feature is an important development, the point being to rank players based on their results (measured in profit/loss) across all online and live Super MILLION$ events. The player who at the end of the year emerges at the top of the Leaderboard will be crowned SuperPro and receive the following:
- Super Platinum level in GGPoker’s Fish Buffet loyalty program, receiving the equivalent of 100% cashback at GGPoker and in all online and offline Super MILLION$ events.
- A custom GGPoker player avatar.
- Further benefits which will be revealed over the course of 2023.
Those players finishing 2nd and 3rd place will receive the same as above minus the avatar. Note that players must play in at least five Super MILLION$ events per calendar year to be eligible for this promotion.
Super MILLION$ Live!
GGPoker is teaming up with Triton Poker and other live operators to introduce live Super MILLION$ tournaments to their respective events, the first one taking place during the upcoming Triton Super High Roller Series stop (1-13 March) at the Hoiana Resort & Golf resort in Vietnam.
