WebMoney's biggest asset is its system of "purses" where you can keep money in different currencies. You can pick and choose from a wide variety of purse types that offer different currencies and options.

Purses for US Dollars, Euros and Rubles are the most common but Belorussian Rubles, Vietnamese Dong and even Bitcoin are supported. The "Keeper Standard" account is the basic account most players use for online money transfers and mobile payments but that needs to be downloaded to your computer. The "Keeper Lite" account can be used via an Internet browser.

Why Use WebMoney?

Given that its origins are in Moscow and it's a fairly complicated user system there aren't a lot of benefits to using WebMoney outside of Russia. There are also user fees for pretty much every exchange. Still, if multiple currency wallets within a purse and anonymous web deposits are priority WebMoney could be a good solution for you.
