You can then login with a personal digital certificate, an authorization service E-NUM or a login and a password Keeper Mobile is a dedicated mobile app available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone and Blackberry. Keeper Mobile can be used along with either Keeper WinPro or Keeper WebPro. Registration is free for the more basic accounts listed above; paid accounts for higher transaction limits and bigger benefits are available. Once you’ve registered and verified your account with WebMoney you'll receive a personal WebMoney ID and you can then create currency-specific eWallets within your WebMoney account.

• How Long Does It Take to Set Up a WebMoney Account?

  Once you've actually navigated through the different types of accounts you can have and downloaded the software (if you choose) it doesn't take particularly long to set up your account. after entering some personal information you basically have to add: Add your mobile number Have your mobile number verified Create a password Choose a currency You can set up purses in Russian Rubles, Euros or American dollars but if you plan on playing on PokerStars note that they only support USD WebMoney Purses at this time.   There are no fees from the poker site for WebMoney deposits but WebMoney will charge a 0.8% transaction fee. Account top ups and online transfers are pretty cheap though - and because you manage your WebMoney in different currencies you can avoid pricey exchange fees from the poker sites. Withdrawals can cost from 1-3.5%.

For PokerStars all transactions between WebMoney and your Stars Account are limited to USD so you need to hold a funded USD purse (i.e. Z-purse). There is no charge for withdrawing funds from your Stars Account to your WebMoney account. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 USD (or the equivalent in your currency) and the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is $5,000 USD (or equivalent). Daily deposit and withdrawal limits differ per poker site so it's best to check with your site's terms and conditions.

  Yes, WebMoney is a popular deposit and withdrawal method for PokerStars players in the European Union and Baltic states. As mentioned it is only set up to operate through a USD purse but you can easily set one up in your WebMoney account and move money there from other currency purses. PokerStars has also just introduced the ability for players to play some games in Euros and to hold bankrolls in multiple currencies so that's worht checking into. PokerStars does not charge any fees for depositing or withdrawing with WebMoney.

• Can I Use WebMoney on 888poker or partypoker?

  Yes, both. If you have an account registered with WebMoney you can use it to deposit and withdraw on either 888poker or partypoker. The process is similar to that listed above: Visit the Cashier and select WebMoney Enter the amount you wish to deposit, click 'Submit'. Once re-directed to WebMoney, log into your account and select your Purse Review and confirm the transaction.
