WSOP Launched the First Ever Vlogger Program for YouTubers

What is WSOP Vlogger Program

This program is a way for WSOP to simultaneously promote itself and support the only part of the poker content industry that is going through the Renaissance in 2025 — poker vlogging.

The decision to encourage vloggers in poker seems not as a leap of faith but as a strategic move.

The main reason is poker brands were too focused on streamers and ambassadors for too long trying to attract fresh blood from Twitch and broadcasting while vlogging continued to be in the shadows. But when both Twitch and YouTube began to systematically interfere with streamers and related content-makers, punishing them without reasonable explanations just for showing online poker — vlogging became one of the few parts of the poker content industry not sustaining significant losses.

At the time of the release of this program, WSOP introduced the first four participants:

• Daniel “DNegsPoker” Negreanu — 904K+ subscribers on YouTube
• Frank “FrankieCPoker” Cucchiara — 184K+ subscribers on YouTube
• Corey “corey_eyring” Eyring — 164K+ subscribers on YouTube
• Lexy “LexyGavinPoker” Gavin-Mather — 212K subscribers on YouTube

Any poker vlog creator can apply to join them if they meet requirements.

Requirements for WSOP Vlogger Program

If you want to apply for participation in this program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an active channel on YouTube with 5,000 or more subscribers.
• Have 60% or more of your channel content related to poker.

However, being approved to join this program isn’t enough for staying there and receive benefits — as a part of WSOP Vlogger Program you also must:

• Publish at least 3 unique videos with a total length of 30 minutes within a month of the WSOP related event’s conclusion.
• Decline to add any third-party sponsorships material into these videos.
• Avoid wearing in these videos any patches, merch or logos of any other poker company — even if you are contracted with it.

The strict requirements are justified by the quantity and quality of benefits for vloggers fulfilling all conditions.

How WSOP Awards Vloggers in the new Program

There are cash rewards named Incentive Scheme Rewards for three types of participants whose eligible video content hits a specific amount of views in 1 month after release.

If you are Rising Vlogger or Established Vlogger, you will be rewarded with:

• $5,000 for 1,000,000 views or more
• $10,000 for 2,500,000 views or more

For Elite Vlogger rewards and requirements of this scheme are custom and determined individually for each participant.

Other rewards for all participants depend on the channel’s subscribers count on YouTube.
