Continuing its efforts to create an attractive tournament schedule for different categories of players, WPT Global added another daily games in May 2026.

Details of MEGA HOUR

  • Start — every hour from 12:00 to 00:00 (UTC+8, CST) 
  • Formats — classic with re-entries, PKO, Mystery Bounty
  • Daily guarantee — ¥500,000 in total
  • Average buy-in — ¥30

¥1 = $0.15 at the exchange rate on May 18th, 2026.

Although new tournaments are announced to start every hour, in reality they periodically start every half hour.

MEGA HOUR Schedule Review

According to the schedule available in the room lobby for May 19th, 2026, we see that players are offered 15 tournaments between 12:05 and 00:05 CST. 

There are more than 12 of them, because despite the start being announced every hour, in fact, at some hours two tournaments start.

New tournaments have buy-ins ranging from ¥11 to ¥55 and guaranteed prize pools between ¥15,000 and ¥50,000.

The schedule is divided into parts according to the time of day.

There are three morning tournaments:

Registration for each of them is available all day long but they appear in the lobby gradually as the previous day’s tournaments conclude.

How to Find MEGA HOUR Events

You can find new tournaments in the WPT Global lobby —> MTT tab —> search for MEGA. The only section where these tournaments are available without manual searching is WPT Asia. As of May 18th, 2026 there is currently no dedicated tab for MEGA HOUR.
