VIP programs can make the route to VIP status more complicated than the rewards themselves. BetPanda builds its system around a single number: XP. That determines a player’s tier, although the rewards attached to each level come with their own conditions.
Here’s how XP works, what changes as players move through the five tiers, and what the published percentages mean in practice.
How the BetPanda VIP Program Works
Once players create an account on BetPanda, they can start collecting XP through eligible casino or sportsbook wagers. There is no separate VIP application or invitation needed to begin.
That said, not every €1 wagered counts equally. Standard slots and sportsbook wagers generate 10 XP per €1, slower-XP slots earn 5 XP, and eligible live casino and table games generate 2 XP per €1.
The exclusions matter here. BetPanda’s VIP terms specifically exclude baccarat, RNG table games, video poker and provably fair games from earning XP. Players should check a game’s eligibility before assuming it contributes.
For live casino players, the lower contribution rate makes a noticeable difference. Reaching Silver from zero requires €5,000 in eligible wagers at 2 XP per €1, compared with €1,000 at the standard slots rate. These figures represent total wagering, not deposits or losses.

Rakeback rates apply to a calculation based on BetPanda’s simplified house edge. Live casino and other eligible non-slot wagers only contribute from Gold.
Cashback applies to qualifying casino net losses and requires at least 50 eligible casino wagers during the weekly calculation period.
XP is cumulative. BetPanda says players retain their tier when taking time off, so there is no monthly wagering target to maintain an existing level. However, its terms allow the operator to change the program or restrict benefits; retaining a tier does not guarantee that every reward will remain available.
What the Rakeback and Cashback Rates Mean
The distinction between the two rewards is easy to miss.
Under the daily rakeback terms, BetPanda multiplies qualifying wagers by a simplified house edge, then applies the player’s VIP rakeback rate. The calculation uses 3% for slots and 1% for eligible live casino, table and other non-slot RNG games.
For example, Gold’s 7% rakeback rate works out to 0.07% of qualifying live casino wagering before payout limits. It does not mean players receive 7% of their stakes back.
Only qualifying real-money bets count. Slots contribute from Bronze, while eligible non-slot games contribute from Gold. Sportsbook wagers do not generate casino rakeback. Payments are made in USDT with no wagering requirement, subject to a daily minimum of 3 USDT and maximum of 1,000 USDT. Amounts below the minimum are not paid or carried forward.
Weekly cashback is calculated differently: it returns 10% of qualifying net losses on real-money slots and live casino play. Sportsbook losses and bonus play are excluded. Players must place at least 50 eligible casino wagers during the Wednesday-to-Wednesday calculation period. The credited cashback has no wagering requirement and can be claimed until the next weekly credit.
Bronze – 0 XP
Bronze is where players land after registration. It starts at 0 XP, so there is no initial XP milestone before the VIP program begins.
Casino benefits include a 5% daily rakeback rate on eligible slots and access to 10% weekly cashback, subject to the conditions above. Bronze also includes a weekly reload bonus and access to the weekly raffle.
On the sportsbook side, members have access to the weekly free bet offer, weekly leaderboard and daily Combo Boost. These are separate promotions with their own qualifying conditions.
Silver – 10,000 XP
At 10,000 XP, players reach the first upgrade: Silver. The daily casino rakeback rate increases from 5% to 6%, while weekly cashback remains at 10%.
The other addition is a monthly reload bonus, available from Silver upwards. Existing Bronze benefits carry over, although live casino wagers still do not qualify for daily rakeback at this level.
Gold – 100,000 XP
Gold introduces several of the program’s more personalised benefits.
Reaching 100,000 XP raises the daily rakeback rate to 7% and brings eligible live casino and other non-slot wagers into the rakeback calculation. It also adds a pre-monthly reload bonus alongside the existing weekly and monthly offers. Sportsbook players gain access to the daily bet streak.
Gold unlocks an account manager, bespoke offers and increased limits.
This is also the point at which BetPanda’s VIP status match becomes available. Players who already hold VIP status with another operator can contact their account manager with proof. Depending on their activity elsewhere, BetPanda may move them to Platinum or Diamond without requiring the full XP total. Approval is discretionary.
Platinum – 1,000,000 XP
Platinum requires 1 million XP, ten times the Gold threshold.
The daily rakeback rate moves up another percentage point to 8%, while benefits from previous tiers continue. BetPanda lists a personal account manager at this level, compared with the account-manager benefit introduced at Gold.
Bespoke offers and increased limits remain available alongside the recurring casino and sportsbook promotions.
Diamond – 10,000,000 XP
Diamond requires 10 million XP, ten times the requirement for Platinum.
The daily rakeback rate reaches the program’s highest advertised level of 10%, while weekly cashback remains at 10% of qualifying net losses.
Diamond retains the personal account manager and earlier benefits. BetPanda also lists exclusive experiences and its highest limits among the additions at this tier.
When BetPanda VIP Rewards Are Available
BetPanda spreads its recurring rewards throughout the week and month:
- Daily: Rakeback is credited at approximately 08:00 UTC for the previous day’s qualifying activity.
- Monday: The sportsbook free bet offer becomes available to qualifying players.
- Wednesday: Casino cashback is credited at 13:00 UTC, covering the period from the previous Wednesday at 12:00 UTC.
- Thursday: The weekly reload bonus becomes available from Bronze.
- Friday: Sportsbook leaderboards reset.
- The 1st of each month: The monthly reload bonus becomes available from Silver.
- The 25th of each month: The pre-monthly reload bonus becomes available from Gold.
The recurring casino bonuses require a deposit and a claim through Bonuses & Offers. The weekly offer matches 20% of a qualifying deposit; the monthly and pre-monthly offers match 25%.
These bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, with a minimum bonus of €10 and a maximum of €1,000 or the equivalent in crypto. Real money is used first, and bonus wagering begins once that balance is depleted. A withdrawal forfeits the remaining bonus.
Tier access therefore matters, but so do the individual promotion terms. Higher status does not remove payout thresholds, wagering requirements or game restrictions, and the rewards are not a reason to increase a gambling budget.
