With each passing tournament it's becoming more and more clear:

Joe McKeehen is an exceptionally good poker player.

The reigning World Series of Poker Main Event champ has taken the $7.7m from his November Nine triumph and gone on a tear to begin 2016.

He kicked things off at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure in January with a spectacular runner-up finish in the $100k High Roller for $1.2m and an outright side event win.

Now he's one of the final six at the WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open looking for his first career WPT title.

Yareliyev Chip Leader, Timoshenko Lurks

McKeehen's not the chip leader coming into the final table but he is sufficiently stacked to make a good run at the $816k first-place prize.

He'll enter play with 4,825,000 (48 bb). Official chip leader is Rafael Yaraliyev, occupation unknown, with 9,945,000 (99 bb)

Yevgeniy Timoshenko
Timoshenko: Back at it.

Rising up from being one of the short stacks in the final 34, Seattle-based poker pro Yevgeniy Timoshenko also battled his way to the final table and will be looking to claim his second career WPT title.

Most interesting profession at the final table certainly belongs to 35-year-old Liam He, a juggler from Massachusetts. Official chip counts and seats for the final table, scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon ET:

1. Matthew Wantman – 5,545,000 (55 bb)
2. Chris Leong – 4,230,000 (42 bb)
3. Yevgeniy Timoshenko – 6,555,000 (66 bb)
4. Rafael Yaraliyev – 9,945,000 (99 bb)
5. Joe McKeehen – 4,825,000 (48 bb)
6. Liam He – 4,910,000 (49 bb)

Complete final-table action will be live streamed on a 30-minute delay with hole cards showing. Commentary will be provided by Tony Dunst, Jamie Kerstetter, Kane Kalas and reigning WPT Borgata champ Aaron Mermelstein.
