As you may have noticed we launched a brand new blog layout this afternoon (hold the applause). In celebration we've decided to give away some WSOP 2009 seats to our favorite poker bloggers.
For those of you who haven't seen it before the Run-Good Challenge is an ongoing series of freerolls hosted by poker bloggers, for poker bloggers. We've had two before and they both went off without a hitch.
This time around there's more than just cash and ego on the line. We're giving bloggers the chance to grab a seat at one of the low buy-in events at the 2009 World Series of Poker.
The events are going down on consecutive Saturdays, starting this weekend, and it looks like we've got some serious blogging talent lining up to take a shot.
Defending the PokerListings.com honor are myself and our in-house master of strategery Dan "The Boy" Skolovy. In the first ever RGC Skolovy shocked the field taking down back-to-back prelims back in 2008. That proved that at least one person from PokerListings has some game ;)
The WSOP Edition is going to be even more competitive, with only the top players getting paid. This weekend the winner will take a $1,500 seat. On May 23rd the top two will both get seats.
All RGC events are proudly hosted by PokerStars so if you find yourself on the virtual felt at 11 a.m. PDT make sure to stop by and check in. You're probably not going to be enthralled by the level of play but the chat battles are pretty good, pretty, pretty, pretty good.
Also, if you're a poker blogger, or a regular blogger with a thirst for some freeroll poker action, leave your info in the comment section below.
