Last level of the day, Wedde decides its time to chip up

Level 14: 2000/4000/4000

Average: 211,250

Players: 24/169

  • We arrived at table #31 and saw that Oskar Wedde was tangling with the ultimate chip leader of the tournament so far, Yohuda Yosef. On a King high board, Wedde opened the action on the turn, which Yosef called. On the river Yosef bet out 25,000 in a pot of a size of around 40,000, which Wedde instantly called. Wedde showed [Kx][7x] for two pair eventually as the river gave the [7x]. Yosef showed top-pair with [Kx][2x].

In the morning, Coolbet had arranged an hospitality event, which turned out to be Wakeboarding. Oskar Wedde was also present, and was the first one to actually keep himself in balance on a Wakeboard.
