Friday Jackpot: How It Works

Currently available only to PokerStars players in the UK, the Friday Jackpot has an added twist that is sure to attract those who appreciate the ‘Thank God It’s Friday’ feeling.

The monthly $11 buy-in multi-table tournament (MTT) takes place on the first Friday of each month, and comes with a $10K guarantee and an added £3,200 in Casino instant bonuses!

During the tournament, Casino prizes worth £10 each are distributed to players at random. You don’t need to do anything special to collect a bonus – just taking part is enough to be in contention.

A Prize Pool That Can Grow…

A $10,000 guarantee for a tournament with a buy-in of just $11 is already good news, and should tempt those players who usually prefer Texas Hold’em or Omaha cash games or Sit & Go tournaments to spread their poker wings. But there’s a great twist – if the guarantee is met, PokerStars will ADD $5,000 to the prize pool for the following month’s Friday Jackpot edition!

How to make comebacks in tournaments.

The first Friday Jackpot MTT takes place on 7 April at 8pm UK time, with subsequent instalments being held on the first Friday of the following months, so you can make a special note in your poker diary for: 5 May, 2 June, 7 July, 4 August, 1 September, 6 October, 3 November and 1 December.
