Isildur1 Adds $402k to Massive $2 Million Streak

Viktor Blom
Can't stop. Won't stop.

Viktor “Isildur1” Blom added $402,000 in the high-stakes games on Full Tilt Poker yesterday to put him up nearly $2 million over the last seven days.

Blom bottomed out late last month and nearly exhausted the last of his 2013 profits on FTP, which at one point hit a staggering $5 million.

Instead the Swede battled back and now appears to be on his way to a huge year with $1.9 million in profit, according to highstakesdb.com.

Blom started his day by crushing the big 2-7 Triple Draw game that featured Phil “Polarizing” Ivey, Gus Hansen and Kagome Kagome.

After taking $176,000 from some of the best poker players in the game, Blom decided to renew rivalries with old enemy Sanlker in $500/$1,000 Cap NLHE.

Once again Blom proved victorious, this time for $126k. From there he shredded Alex “IReadYrSoul” Millar for another $80,000.

It was a positive sign for player who used to be considered the best HU NLHE player in the world. He lost a whopping $2.5 million in NLHE alone last month.

Blom wasn’t the only Full Tilt Poker Professional to have a big weekend as Gus Hansen continued his seemingly endless quest to get even in 2013.

Hansen picked up $242k this weekend but is still down nearly $4 million on FTP in 2013 alone.
