In today’s Daily 3-Bet we’ll take a look at the World Series of Poker Circuit heading to Montreal, John Cena sharing a love for poker and Ray Bitar re-appearing.

Montreal is a pretty popular place to play poker.

With the WPT having outstanding success in the area over the years it appears the World Series of Poker Circuit is going to try their hand at an event in the city.

The WSOP will run an international circuit event at Casino de Montréal from April 20-May 8, 2016.

The series will culminate with a $1,675 (CAD) Main Event that begins on April 28 with two starting days.

You can learn more about the Montreal circuit stop here.

It’s a great time for American poker tourists to visit the historic city thanks to the plummeting Canadian dollar.

Every U.S. dollar is currently worth $1.41 Canadian. You can buy a heck of a lot of poutine with that exchange rate!

In other news the WSOP is having a town hall meeting tomorrow at 1 p.m. so be sure to get your questions in via Twitter:

2) John Cena Loves Rounders, Aussie Millions

This came out of nowhere but apparently WWE wrestler John Cena is a huge fan of Rounders.

We’re assuming he’s talking about the cult-classic Matt Damon poker movie but he also took the time today to plug the Aussie Millions and Jason Somerville.

Outside of a Joe Cada cameo on Raw in 2009, there hasn’t been a lot of crossover between WWE and poker, which is somewhat surprising considering the demographics are very similar.

Seems like a good time to schedule a Royal Rumble-esque poker tournament.

Regardless it’s pretty impressive that Somerville is getting Tweets from world-famous wrestlers about his Twitch stream.

3) Former Full Tilt Poker CEO Ray Bitar Gets Married

Remember Ray Bitar?

You know that guy who was the CEO of Full Tilt Poker 1.0? The guy who avoided prison time by claiming a life-threatening heart condition?

At one point rumors even surfaced that Bitar only had a couple years to live.

Well it seems like he’s doing OK as he just got married this fall.

PokerUpdate broke the news with pictures from his new wife Jackie Luca’s Facebook page. Bitar appears much healthier and has lost a considerable amount of weight.

That wouldn’t normally be a big deal but when you get to avoid jail time because of poor health it is notable.
