Blinds: 150/300 (300)
Unfortunately, our hero in PokerListings Jacob Dideriksen-Nielsen is on the rail. Dideriksen-Nielsen shared the hand with us before heading out of the casino.
Mario Manara raised a few hands in a row to a big sizing of around 15 big blinds and did the same in this hand from early position with an open of 4,500. Dideriksen-Nielsen shared that previously he saw Manara show king-queen suited when acting the same which was one of the factors for him jamming for 32,000 on the button. Manara made the call and Dideriksen-Nielsen got the bad news that his opponent had queens to his tens.
To make matters worse for Dideriksen-Nielsen, his opponent improved even further to a set with a queen hitting the flop. Dideriksen was drawing dead after a blank hit the turn and his seat was open shortly later after the river was dealt.
This won't be the last we see of Dideriksen-Nielsen. He shared with us that he isn't sure if he will re-enter today. If he does, it will be closer to when late registration is closed at around 10:30 p.m. If not, he promised to be back tomorrow to give it another go on Day 1b.
