Since the early days of online poker, the quality of poker rooms' customer support has increased dramatically.

On top of offering support via e-mail, most of the top sites also offer live chat and 24/7 phone support to give you quick and effective help.

The most common reason you may have to contact customer support is to make changes to your personal information or account info.

Almost all sites require you to confirm your identity before you can make a first withdrawal from your account. Although this may seem like an inconvenience, they do it to be sure that only you have access to your funds.

To confirm your identity, the site will require an e-mail sent to them from the same e-mail address you used to register the account, containing attached scans of photo ID and a utility bill with the same address you used to register your account. Once this is done, they won't ask for this information again, unless you change personal details of your account.

The second most common reason you may need to contact customer support is in search of answers to questions such as "How many points do I need to clear my bonus?"

Usually, answers to your queries can be found on the site. Many questions are answered in our poker room reviews. But if you can't find the answer in either of those places, you always have the option of contacting customer support.

To obtain almost all rewards and bonus offered by the rooms, you must fulfill certain requirements. These are set out in detail on our site in the full room reviews. Most consist of little more than just showing up to the site and playing a few rounds of real-money poker.

Beyond this, you may need to contact support for help resolving various issues with your account, such as not receiving a reward you expected. No matter what the issue, whether it's or not, you should always go to the poker room customer support first.

PokerListings has no access to the poker room information, your account or your account details. The poker room support staff are the only people who can look into your account to give you the assistance you need.

Sometimes customer support representatives are unaware of special deals or promotions their room offers when you sign up through Regardless of what they tell you, if you've signed up to a poker room through our site, you are eligible for all bonuses and rewards for which you fulfill the requirements.

If the poker room customer support is unable to assist you with a bonus or other perk, contact us and we can help you out. There's a whole thread in our forum dedicated to these requests, and our customer support reps will do what they can to solve your problem.

When contacting us, be sure to include the relevant information:

  • The name of the poker room
  • Your username or user ID on that room
  • The e-mail address you used to register to that room
  • Confirmation that you signed up through us and fulfilled all requirements to be eligible for the bonus

With this information, we can contact the room on your behalf and get answers for you. Please DO NOT send us any personal information. Never give out your financial account numbers or passwords to anyone, even us. We don't need them to help you, and we will never ask for them.

Iam having problems with my pic it is blank I am rgestred with face book in my pic is blank, also I have errors every day for the past year not able to collect my gift chips it's not fair I should be rembersed since I am playing for a long time,I also get booted off once in a while but always when I have a good hand, please correct these problems so I can injoy this game, I now play very little because of these problems,

I once contacted them about their rigged computer games and have lost brutally ever since that contact. I am now keeping tract of my incredible losses for several months now and losing over 14 million of their free chips. So far I have lost on every boat, every flush, every pocket pairs including 7 straight times now with pocket aces. I even lost with four of a kind yesterday then lost with a straight flush to a higher straight flush. It never stops! It is too obvious that they have somehow sabotaged my game! I have been a professional poker player for over forty years now and have never seen such happenings. Any Suggestions?

I have been playing on Poker Stars for a number of years.
The site leaves very much to be desired.
Recently I have been threatened and stalked by a player from the Netherlands by the tag of 'Boobytrap12'
I reported it to Poker Stars no less than 5 or 6 times and they did nothing.
He stalked me again tonight and, I lost my temper with him, and PS revoked my chat.....they have done nothing to stop this online freak, but revoke my chat.
I will never visit Poker Stars again as I believe that if this can happen there could be much worse and their failure to act is eveidence of a poorly administered site.........something I believe they are also familiar with with their 'real money' site.
NEVER PLAY AT POKER STARS.....its not safe

i just got off the phone with bodog and they say that pokerlistings needs to contact bodog and tell them that there is a problem gettin the tickets. bodog says they cannot issure the pokerlistings tickets so they basically wont do anything. they say that you have to contact them and then they'll fix the problem.

Our customer support team was unable to email you but here is their reply:

"All he has to do is contact Bodog Support and tell them there was an issue with getting a ticket -- they will correct any error if there was one.

There's only two reasons he didn't get it:

1. There was an error and Bodog will see that and correct it.
2. He is tracked to another affiliate site and didn't qualify."

i recently signed up for bodog using pokerlistings and made a deposit and everything but have not recieved my tournament tickets. the whole reason for me signing up under pokerlistings was to receive the 5k touny ticket and the 2500 monthly freerole ticket. please email me back and let me know the status or just give me the entry and then there will be no need to contact me. thank you for you time.
