Tom “durrrr” Dwan made a triumphant return to the high stakes games on Full Tilt last night but XWINK stole the show.

Dwan has been hardly visible during the last couple weeks on Full Tilt but was out in full force last night recording 1,725 hands of $50/$100 No-Limit Hold’em and $500/$1,000 Cap PLO.

The Team Full Tilt Pro’s primary victim was Andreas “skjervoy” Torbergsen but he also found time to lose a small amount to recent upstart XWINK.

Dwan finished up $363k, which goes a long ways to fixing his surprisingly terrible start to online poker in 2011. Previously down $1 million, Dwan is now down just over $600k.

Unfortunately for Dwan his new rival XWINK outdid him in almost every possible way.

XWINK recorded an astounding 4,973 hands in the last 24 hours and completely smashed all challengers for $646k.

XWINK, who is rumored to be a young online player from Vancouver, Canada, has the online poker community buzzing with over $1.2 million earned in the last 36 hours.

It’s apparent XWINK is willing to gamble, which has many railbirds wondering if a colossal Isildur1-style downswing is imminent.

The main casualty last night was Frenchman Rui Cao who dumped $606k into the high stakes games last night. A good percentage went directly to XWINK.

Cao has had an up-and-down year and for the first time in 2011 he’s $300k in the red.

David Benefield also had an absolutely disastrous night losing $553k, a large portion of which also went to XWINK. Benefield is now down over $600k in 2011.

Some of the other players to record regrettable nights included KidPoker705 (-$51k), O Fortuna PLS (-$40k) and David Oppenheim (-$37k).

Most of the action was on Full Tilt Poker but Viktor “Isildur1” Blom did drop $25k on PokerStars.

XWINK and durrrr were the most notable winners last night but KPR16 (+$76k), NoParasan (+$63k) and altiFC (+42k) also found time to add some cash to their bankrolls.
