WSOP Tweet Relief: The Agony of Detweet
Think it gets any easier to bust out of a tournament if you're a seasoned poker professional with millions of dollars in career earnings?
Doesn't seem like it, at least based on the steady stream of heavy-hearted tweets coming out of the Rio in Las Vegas these days.
Maybe it makes sense that when you expect to win the disappointment is tougher to take when you don't. Maybe poker pros just lean heavily to the drama-queen side.
Either way, until you've done the grind, as Daniel Negreanu says, you'll never know how it feels.
And if Erik Seidel gets down, what chance can the rest of us possibly have?
Fair warning: #emo below.
