WPT to host Gaming Expo booth

Girls, Games, Gear and Gavin at Gaming Expo

For the first time ever, the World Poker Tour (WPT) will host a booth at the Gaming Life Expo (GLE) - a gaming-themed consumer trade show running July 5-8 at the Rio in Las Vegas, concurrent with the kick-off of the World Series of Poker Main Event.

With a new theme of "Girls, Games and Gear," the third annual gaming expo is expanding its line-up to feature the "latest men's lifestyle and gaming products" this year.

The WPT booth will be a replication of their final table set, complete with photo ops and autograph sessions with top pros and WPT Boot Camp instructors, and will serve to promote its new offerings - including its move to the Game Show Network (GSN) in early 2008, where the WPT will start airing in the Monday night casino lineup.

The WPT booth will also highlight its new Season VI tour stops at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Miss., Casino Barcelona in Spain, and Turks & Caicos Club Med in the Caribbean.

Layla Kayleigh and Kimberly Lansing, the WPT's new Season VI hosts, will also be introduced.

July 7:

July 8:

• 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Kimberley Lansing (WPT Live Updates Commentator)
• 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Antonio Esfandiari
• 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. Linda Johnson and Jan Fisher
• 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Gavin Smith

Season V of the World Poker Tour is now airing on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. (EDT) on the Travel Channel.
