Day 1 of the star-studded $5k Six-Max event at WSOP APAC is over and, as the trend seems to be so far, another notable name is at the top of the chip counts.

2011 EPT Berlin champ Ben “NeverScaredB” Wilinofsky is the chosen one this time as he finished on a mega 160,400-chip stack for the overall lead heading into Day 2 tomorrow.

A couple spots back of him at 149,350 is none other than local favorite Jonathan Karamilikis, who already has himself a runner-up finish in Event #1 for $130,743.

Two notables not to play?

Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu as they were busy making the final table over in Event 3, $2,200 8-Game. Read more about it here and catch the final table streaming live tonight at 9 pm ET right here.
