VIP Poker is expanding its menu of poker options, serving its customers four new games for the New Year.
Among the latest selections offered by the site are: Caribbean Hold'em poker, Caribbean Stud poker, Pai Gow poker and Tri-Card poker. The selections are part of 14 new card and casino games recently introduced at VIP Poker.
In Caribbean Stud poker, players only oppose the dealer and not other competitors. The goal of the game is to be dealt a stronger five-card hand than the dealer, with similar rules applying for its Hold'em version.
Pai Gow poker is a combination of the Chinese game of Pai Gow and traditional North American poker. Players in the game wager against the bank, rather than each other, with the intent of holding higher cards than the banker's two hands.
Tri-Card poker is played between a dealer and player with a regular deck of cards. Within the game are two parts consisting of the ante and raise, and the pair plus.
In the ante and raise portion, the player wants to earn a higher three-card poker hand than the dealer, but in the pair plus round the player bets on whether he will land a three-card hand with any pair or better. The player can also bet on either game within the table limit.
On top of its new poker selections, the downloadable table games at VIP Poker have been given a new look and eye-catching designs on the site. The changes mean a new, simpler navigation bar, chip trays and money slots, new dealer voices, and an accessible rules tab.
