Vegas Baccarat Pro Qui Nguyen on Making 2016 WSOP November Nine

Published on 22 July 2016 by Pokerlistings 2268
Qui Nguyen moved to Las Vegas 13 years ago to play poker but soon took up casino gambling, mainly baccarat. This is by far Nguyen's biggest poker score and he says if he wins $8 million he'll use part of the money to help people in his home country of Vietnam. Regardless of how much money he wins, he says it won't change him. Nguyen plans to travel back to Vietnam to distribute charity himself, so he can see for himself the effect his efforts have. During the playdown to the final table Nguyen was dressed in bright, flashy clothing and had a very vocal rail cheering him on. Nguyen busted high-stakes pros Tom Marchese and James Obst in 14th and 13th, respectively and enters the final table second in chips with 67,925,000.
