PokerStars has added yet another pro player to its team, taking on British player Victoria Coren this week.

Victoria Coren is a TV broadcaster, writer and a top European poker player. She first caught the poker public's eye on Late Night Poker in its early years, and has had great success in the European Poker Championships.

According to PokerStars, Coren is one of most famous women, if not the most, in British poker.

Further bolstering that status was her win of a European Poker Tour title in 2006. She is the first, and so far the only, woman to win an EPT main event.

She also added a World Series of Poker cash to her list of accomplishments in 2007.

When she's not at the poker tables, Coren is a poker columnist for The Guardian newspaper in the United Kingdom. In addition, she hosts a BBC Radio 4 series and has presented BBC documentaries and been a commentator for various poker shows.

Now Coren will be representing PokerStars when she's playing in tournaments around the globe. Plus she can be found playing on the poker site under the name "Vicky Coren."

Other recent additions to the PokerStars Team include Chad Brown and Gavin Griffin, the first player to win a WSOP bracelet, a World Poker Tour event and a European Poker Tour event.

Adding even more star power to the team are long-standing members such as Chris Moneymaker, Greg Raymer, Tom McEvoy, Joe Hachem, Barry Greenstein and more.
