Usual suspects line-up at Wynn Classic

With almost 200 players in the field, and a packed schedule of high-stakes events lately maybe wearing on the sharpness of poker's finest, you'd think the climate would be ripe for an upset. The opposite has held true: It's a shooting gallery for the aces, with five of nine spots at the Wynn Classic final table held by A-listers.

The Mikes are there: Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi and Mike "The Mouth" Matusow.

Cash game legend Chau Giang is there.

So is two-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner Scott Fischman.

Oh. And Johnny Chan, who you might remember from his 10 WSOP bracelets, a little spot in the movie Rounders and his status as a living poker legend.

It's a bit of a tough table.

Rounding out the field heading into the Day 4 final table are the bumptious Chris Roos, the steady Ted Lawson, and the likely overwhelmed Zachary Hyman and Chris Moore, with play set to whittle down to one $749,033 winner by the end of the day.

It's been a veritable murderer's row of heavyweights battling tooth-and-nail for the duration of the tournament, and today is expected to be more of the same.
