Urindanger Drops $519k in One Week
The last week of October proved to be one of the worst on record for online poker player Di “Urindanger” Dang.
Urindanger, whose brother is Hac “Trex313” Dang, played a total of 3,419 hands over the week.
Urindanger played his usual mix of $200/$400 Six-Max PLO and $500/$1,000 Heads-PLO but by Friday had lost a total of $519k in seven days.
A large portion of the losses came against Gus Hansen, who Urindanger is used to victimizing.
Formerly up nearly $1 million on the year, Urindanger is now down to $425k profit. It’s the lowest he’s been in over 10 months.
Urindanger was easily the biggest loser of the week but another usually consistent grinder was right behind him in losses this week.
Jared “harrrington25” Bleznick played 4,265 and went $328k into the red. Bleznick is still up close to $2 million this year.
At the opposite end of the spectrum was unidentified online player DrugsOrMe who smashed his way to $562k in profit. DrugsOrMe played a great deal of $500/$1,000 Heads-Up PLO and managed to vanquish his competition in almost every session.
Gus Hansen also continued his strong play of the last few weeks and battled his way to a $287k victory over an impressive 10,483 hands. He’s still down $2.1 million but that’s a far cry from the $3.6 million he was down at the start of October.
Fellow Team Full Tilt Pro Patrik Antonius also had a good week as he picked up $247k while Dan “jungleman12” Cates, who is still learning PLO, picked up $211k in the game.
Some of the biggest losers this week beyond Urindanger and harrington25 included Vaga_Lion who lost $230k, NEKOTYAN who dropped $177k and tibster24 down a total of $164k.
