Ultimate Poker Challenge promises largest cash game on TV
The Ultimate Poker Challenge is billing it as the biggest televised cash game ever in the most celebrated casino in Las Vegas. The televised Cash Poker begins filming Wednesday at Binion's Horseshoe Hotel and Casino.
Four seats are still open for the Feb. 21 event - that is, if you can afford the $25,000 buy-in.
If you can't, audiences can enjoy a free taping of the series, which promises pros such as Joe Awada and co-hosts Chad Brown and Kenna James.
The No-Limit Hold'em event is played out on two tables of nine. Though players are lined up to take seats as soon as someone at the table busts, the event does feature optional re-buys.
Everyone who plays will also receive on-camera face time at the televised event.
Binion's will also host an Ultimate Poker Challenge Championship Series week, starting March 16 in Las Vegas. For more information about either event, and to find a schedule of TV show times, please visit ultimatepokerchallenge.com.
