UKIPT Readies for Scottish Debut

Edinburgh, Scotland.

The PokerStars UK & Ireland Poker Tour will arrive in Edinburgh, Scotland for the first time this week.

The UKIPT's first Scottish stop will include a £500+£50 main event beginning Aug. 19 at the Corn Exchange, smack in the middle of the city's world-famous Fringe Festival.

Cash registration will not be accepted at the venue.

Interested players can buy in directly through PokerStars online or at any Grosvenor or G Casino in the UK. Staff will be available to assist players wishing to sign up through PokerStars at the venue.

Players who have not booked accommodation in Edinburgh are also urged to do so as soon as possible, as the festival is limiting the amount of space available.
