Phil Hellmuth and Annie Duke are heading to Montreal, Quebec next month for what organizers are promising will be the richest charity poker tournament in Canadian history.

The Ultimate Starlight Poker Challenge, presented by UltimateBet and the Starlight Children's Foundation in conjunction with C3 Events, is set for Nov. 14-18 at the historic Gare Windsor in downtown Montreal.

The tournament will feature a World Series of Poker style structure with 60-minute levels playing down to a final table of ten over four days in Montreal.

The ten players in the final will then be flown out to Las Vegas to play out the final table with a guaranteed $100,000 first-place prize on the line.

The $500 buy-in will get players 10,000 in chips to start, but organizers are also offering a VIP entry for $750, allowing players to start with 20,000 in chips and attend a poker training boot-camp hosted by Hellmuth and Duke in advance of the event.

"UB is thrilled to be involved in a tournament raising money for the Starlight Foundation," said Duke.

"We're happy to be part of this exciting charity poker event, and to help other community-minded poker players in Montreal better their game all for a great cause."

The tournament is being run to benefit the Starlight Children's Foundation Canada, part of an international non-profit organization dedicated to helping seriously ill children and their families.

The event will be filmed for international broadcast on Rogers Sportsnet, the Players Network, Comcast and RDS.

Tickets can be purchased on the event's website or by calling 514-282-9292, extension 233.
