That's the whole reason they get sponsored in the first place. They NEED to take the blame. They are putting their names out there and people are playing on the sites because these guys are visible and are putting their reputations on the line.
Don't like it? Don't let some shady company with a shady, shady past use your name. Who the fuck cares if there is 'new management'.
I was a big Seebs fan, but when I heard he joined UB, I couldn't even listen to pokerroad anymore. I was really hurt and felt betrayed. I couldn't even go to the website.
I remember a time when the whole reason people use to trust online sites is because they make so much money legitimately. There was no reason to cheat customers because they would lose it all... of course when you have people STILL playing on a site after a huge scandal has been verified, that really ruins it. If you lend your name to such a site, you are an idiot.
Joe... I like you man, but I want your reputation to be low for a while in the poker world.
That's what happens when you vouch for the wrong guy.

2011-07-18agree with Sebok that his mistake was getting involved with them to begin with. Pretty silly thing to do (or should I say shilly?)
