Titan wants to see some poker faces
By Erin Warner
At least one Titan Poker player will compete at Pokerface 2007 and just who that person is depends on the winner of its new super satellite promotion.
The poker room is awarding one or more players with a seat at the tournament, scheduled to run at Binion's Horseshoe and Gambling Hall in Las Vegas May 13.
Titan Poker will grant one Pokerface 2007 package at each super satellite for every 40 players. The $14,000 package includes event buy-in, flights and accommodation.
The satellites get underway March 18 and run April 1, April 15 and April 29 at 8 p.m. (GMT).
Direct buy-ins to Titan's Pokerface 2007 satellites cost $350+$30. Players can also win their seats at the site's ongoing sit-and-go satellites or at one of its multi-table qualifiers.
Second-tier satellites are also available starting at $1.50+20¢.
The ultimate winner of the Pokerface 2007 tournament wins a $200,000 professional poker player package, including tournament buy-ins, travel expenses and a monthly salary.
