Titan sending players to WSOP

Titan Poker plans to send plenty of its players to the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event, and in order to do so, it has three different ways for players to win seats through the middle of June.

At Titan Poker, players can try to win seats to the World Series of Poker Main Event through the poker site's WSOP 2008 Executive Jackpot Series and the WSOP 2008 Main Event series. It also has two exclusive WSOP* freerolls left for PokerListings.com players.

The final Main Event Super Satellite will take place this weekend at the poker site and it has a $500+$35 buy-in. Poker players can also win their way into the Super Satellite through qualifiers running at Titan Poker.

The winner of the satellite will receive a $14,000 prize package that includes the $10,000 buy-in to the Main Event plus flights, accommodation and spending money.

Titan Poker players have until June 19 to win an Executive Package to the World Series. All they have to do is win four consecutive $20+$4 WSOP Executive Sit-and-Gos and they'll be awarded a $20,000 WSOP prize package.

The Executive Package includes the $10,000 buy-in for the Main Event plus flights and 14 nights' accommodation, two tickets to the Blue Man Group at the Venetian Resort on July 7 and dinner for two at the exclusive SW Steakhouse at the Wynn Hotel on July 10. The executive experience also includes a limo ride to and from the Las Vegas airport.

Twenty-nine-year-old Dennis Jacobs, from the Netherlands, had been playing at Titan Poker for a mere six months before winning a trip to Las Vegas to represent the online poker room.

"It took only three hours and 10 minutes for my dream to come true," Jacobs said. "Thank you Titan Poker for this opportunity. My next dream is to win the WSOP Bracelet."

Dominique Tremblay, 33, also qualified to attend the WSOP through Titan Poker. Tremblay has been playing poker for quite some time and is employed by a land-based casino.

"Until recently, my biggest win was at my local casino, so attending the WSOP this July is now my biggest achievement to date!" Tremblay said.

The third, and best, option for Titan Players to get to the WSOP is for free. Players still have that option if they signed up at Titan Poker through any of the links on the PokerListings.com site.

Once players are signed up at Titan Poker, if they earn 200 points from May 21 to June 12, they will be invited to play in the June 15 freeroll, and players who earn 200 points from June 1-19 will earn entry into the June 22 freeroll.

Both freerolls start at 6 p.m. GMT and offer $30,000 in prizes. Those prizes include two $12,500 WSOP prize packages plus $5,000 in extra cash to spread to the rest of the prize pool.
