The Titan Poker players have won $6,000 prize packages including the buy-in to the Australian Open main event, flights and accommodation.

The winners will also get to enjoy tours of notable local sites and attractions, cocktail parties, meals and a boat cruise around Melbourne.

The team Titan Poker is sending is truly international, with players from a number of different countries: Canada, Italy, France, Finland, Belgium, Germany, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal and the Netherlands will all be represented in the tournament.

Karl-Heinz Metz from Germany, one of the winners, is thrilled at the chance to visit Australia and play poker.

"Australia is the only continent that I have never been to so I am very grateful that Titan Poker has given me this amazing opportunity. The Australian Open will be also the biggest live tournament that I have ever played in, so I am very excited!" said Metz.
