Titan Poker receives award for best customer service

The poker playing public has said its piece. Titan Poker has the best customer service in the online poker business.

According to a press release from Gambling Online Magazine, hundreds of thousands of people participated in the vote which resulted in Titan poker receiving the award for the best online poker customer service.

The award was presented to Titan Poker representatives at a special party held at the Scottish bar and restaurant, Albannach, in conjunction with the International Casino Exhibition held in London during January 2007.

Gambling Online Magazine's awards have been presented to the top online casinos and poker rooms for the past six years, with the response to the voting process getting bigger each year.

Titan Poker's customer service is provided to players 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The support staff can be reached by telephone, fax, email or through an Online Support chat system, available to players in the poker software.

In PokerListing.com's review of Titan Poker, the poker site's support got the score 9 out of 10.
