Titan launches countdown to billionth hand

Empire Casino, London

As the iPoker Network reaches its one billionth poker hand dealt, its largest poker room, Titan Poker, is celebrating with cash prizes for poker players.

The countdown to the billionth-hand milestone begins at Titan Poker with the 950 millionth hand dealt. From that point on, players have several opportunities to win cash prizes during specific countdown hands and jackpot hands.

Countdown hands will occur every 200,000 hands according to the consecutive hand IDs. The winner of the hand will receive a cash prize, and the rest of the players in the hand will split a prize as well.

The prizes are split as follows:

Table Stake Winner gets Participants split
Micro $65 $65
Low $250 $250
Med $1,000 $1,000
High $3,500 $3,500

The jackpot hands during the promotion will occur every 5 millionth hand. As with the countdown hands, the winner will get a prize and the other participants in the hand will split a prize as well. The prizes are:

Med $4,000 $4,000
High $14,000 $14,000

The winners of the jackpot hands will also receive tickets to the upcoming European Championship of Online Poker events.

If the hand is in a Pot-Limit or No-Limit Hold'em game or Seven- or Five-Card Stud, the winner will receive a ticket to ECOOP Event 3, worth $310. Winners from a Limit Hold'em game will receive a ticket to Event 7, and Omaha winners will get a ticket to Event 9, both a $268 value.

If the winning hand is in Omaha Hi-Lo, the winner gets a ticket to ECOOP Event 2 worth $109. In the case of a split pot, the winner closest to the dealer button will receive the ticket.

The table stakes for the countdown hands and jackpot hands are broken down as follows:
