Titan awards Swede seat to $1 million table
Titan Poker has long been known for having some of the juiciest rewards for players and Jon Doemstedt of Sweden is the latest player to reap the benefits.
Doemstedt is the 19th player to win a seat at The Tournament Titan, a million-dollar table that is limited to just 20 players. The skilled Swede won the seat by generating the most points at Titan's ring games and tournaments from Sept. 9 to Oct. 31.
Doemstedt is now guaranteed at least $25,000 and with a prize pool of $1 million he could potentially win much, much more. The first-place prize is an astounding $188,000 plus a $12,000 package to the 2008 WSOP Main Event for a total of $200,000. That's one heck of a freeroll.
There is currently one spot left in The Tournament Titan and if you are a Gold or higher VIP player, you have a chance to snag it. Titan is currently staging its second and final Tournament Titan Points Race; it will run Nov. 1 to Dec. 5. The online poker room will also be handing out a number of cash prizes to players on various "hot spots" on the points leaderboard so you don't have to take first place to get a taste of the cash.
Moral of the story? It's time to fire up that Titan account and get playing. The race for points is on!
Titan Poker is one of the world's best online poker rooms. There are thousands of games running on its site at any time of day. Its software was developed by the well-known company Playtech and has received critical acclaim. Some key features of the Titan site include a 24/7 support hotline and a true random number generator, which has received certification from Technical Systems Testing (TST).
