slimebag annihilates in Bodog Sunday $100K

Thayer Rasmussen had to settle for second at the Bodog Sunday $100K.
Sometimes it pays to be a total slimebag. Online player slimebag outlasted 828 entrants to take home the $25,000 first-place prize in Bodog Poker's Sunday $100K Guaranteed online tournament.
Some of the premier online poker players were on the scene with Blake "BallaB13" Cahail, dannenmann and most notably Thayer "THAY3ER" Rasmussen all making the final table. Rasmussen is no joke in the poker community and cashed three times at this year's WSOP. He is known for his ability to play a variety of games. BallaB13 and dannenman are also skilled online players in their own right who consistently cash in the big online tourneys.
Unfortunately BallaB13 wasn't balling enough to avoid busting out first. He fell victim to dannenmann's small pocket pair and couldn't hit a card to save his life. Not long after that THAY3ER picked up the chip lead and wouldn't give it up until he entered heads-up play against slimebag. Although THAY3ER took a 3-1 chip edge into heads-up slimebag quickly chipped away and eventually pulled off the victory.
Look for slimebag to pop up more frequently in the BoDog $100K now that his bankroll has received a very welcome boost.
Here are the full final-table results and payouts.
