Two-time WSOP bracelet winner and all-around PLO star Rafi Amit was king of the Six-Max games last night.

Amit, who won his bracelets in 2005 and 2007, didn’t pull any punches in the games last night and played 3,196 hands of $100/$200 PLO.

The Israeli pro spent some time playing Rui “PepperoniF” Cao heads-up but the majority of his hands were recorded in the Six-Max games, which included Niki “RealAndyBeal” Jedlicka, Ilari Sahamies, mTw-DaviN and verve.oasis.

Widely regarded as one of the best PLO players in the world, Amit spanked the competition last night and eventually finished with $212k in profit.

Amit has quietly amassed over $1 million in winnings on PokerStars this year although the last week was filled with extreme swings. Last week Amit lost over $300k but in the last few days he has completely erased that figure.

Meanwhile Rui “PepperoniF” Cao, who was threatening to overtake Skjervoy as the biggest winner on PokerStars this year, was the biggest loser last night and dumped $104k into the nosebleed games.

Cao is still up $1.3 million in 2011 but Skjervoy is sitting pretty with $1.4 million in online poker profit.

The majority of the big winners last night were of the lesser-known variety including podgylad (+$150k) and 0Human0 (+$75k).

Ben “Ben86” Tollerene (+$136k) and Vaga_Lion (+$41k) were perhaps the most established players to make a splash.

On the other hand Niki “RealAndyBeal” Jedlicka took a significant beating last night with $88k in losses. The Austrian is now down $344k in 2011.

Ben “milkybarkid” Grundy, one of the best PLO grinders in the world, also lost $86k last night. Grundy was just starting to play some of the highest stakes games available.

Finally Sussie Smith (-$58k) and MrSmits (-$55k) rounded out the top five biggest losers last night.
