Several sites offer qualifiers for Caribbean Poker Classic

The 2006 Caribbean Poker Classic (CPC) is fast approaching, but poker players still have time to win their way to the event at several online poker sites before the Nov. 24 start date.

The Caribbean Poker Classic takes place at St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino through Dec. 3, with between 200 and 300 players expected to attend. On Nov. 24, the tournament will kickoff with a welcome party and a super satellite for the main event.

The No-Limit Texas Hold'em main event will start Nov. 29. Most of the tournaments will be No-Limit Hold'em with a No-Limit Blackjack event also thrown in.

Several prize packages are available to win at online poker rooms. The largest is the $11,300 CPC Package which includes the $6,300 buy-in to the main event and $5,000 for airfare and an all-inclusive nine nights package at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort.

Also available are the $6,400 CPC Lite Package which includes the $5,000 for nine nights and airfare as well and $1,000 in tournament vouchers and cash, or the $4,000 CPC Super-Lite which includes $3,100 for nine nights stay and airfare and $900 in tournament vouchers and cash.

Online poker rooms where you can win prize packages to the CPC include William Hill Poker, InterPoker.com, SunPoker.com and PokerPlex.com.
