WPT Bratislava champ Roberto Romanello.
Roberto Romanello booked the second leg of poker's triple crown winning a WPT title in Bratislava, Slovakia Sunday.
The Welshman, who took down EPT Prague this past December, went wire-to-wire at the WPT Bratislava final table to collect a €140,685 first-place prize.
A World Series of Poker win is now the only thing standing between Romanello and a poker's coveted triple crown.
Less than an hour away from where WPT Vienna wrapped up a day before, the €2,500+€220 WPT Bratislava main event drew 211 players to the Golden Vegas Casino in the Slovakian Capital creating a €493,155 prizepool.
Joining Romanello at the final table were Team PartyPoker Pro Bodo Sbrzesny and two German PartyPoker online qualifiers, Alexander Jager and Frank Dollinger.
Next up for the World Poker Tour is the Hollywood Poker Open April 9- 13 at the Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
