Hot off the heels of its new mobile app, PokerStars announced updated guarantees on most of its big tournaments today.

That includes the Sunday Majors, the Saturday Line-Up and the Daily Bigs.

The Sunday Majors receiving a bump in guarantees include the Kickoff, Rebuy, Storm, 500, Second Chance, 6-Max and Supersonic.

The Sunday Storm will receive the biggest boost as it goes from a $200k guarantee to $300k. The Supersonic also gets a hefty upgrade as it goes from a $40k guaranteed event to a massive $125k guaranteed tournament.

PokerStars guarantee on the biggest weekly tournament – the $215 Sunday Million – remains unchanged at $1 million.

Meanwhile the Saturday Line-Up upgrades aren’t quite as substantial but the 6-Max, Micro, Eliminator, Splash, Countdown and Speedway all get a nice bump.

The Sunday Splash receives a huge $50k upgrade and is now a $100k-guaranteed tournament.

A total of 11 Daily Bigs tournaments have new guarantees including the $3.30, $4.40, $5.50, $8.80, $11, $16.50, $22, $27.50, $33, $109 and $162 buy-in events.

All of the upgraded Daily Bigs tournaments receive at least an extra $1,000 guarantee but the Big $11 gets a $25,000 boost to $75k and the Big $109 receives a $50,000 increase to $100k.
