After breaking records with the inaugural Baltic Festival last year, PokerStars released dates for the 2010 edition this week.

The 2010 PokerStars Baltic Festival will take place June 16-19 at the Swissotel in Talinn, Estonia. The tournament will also feature an increased buy-in of €1,500, up from €1,100 last year.

"It was a great event last year and I will definitely recommend it to all the players I know," said Team PokerStars Pro Peter Eastgate.

The first PokerStars Baltic Festival, which took place last October, drew 307 players from 24 countries to create a prize of more than €300,000. It was the biggest poker tournament in the history of the region.

Some of poker's biggest names made an appearance including Eastgate, Johnny Lodden, William Thorson, J.C. Alvarado, Tony G as well as sports stars such as Swedish hockey legend Mats Sundin, Danish tennis champion Kenneth Carlsen and Finnish Formula 1 Powerboat Champion Sami Selio.

Thomas Partridge eventually took down the main event for 75,000 while celebrated Finnish cash game player Ville Wahlbeck won the €10,600 High Roller event for €52,177.

PokerStars is promising a variety of events at this year's festival including tournaments, cash games and Sit and Goes, with the complete schedule to be released shortly.
