Poker summit planned in Montreal

Bullet Business is planning a convention Oct. 3 through 4 at the Ritz Carlton in Montreal, Canada, that will bring together people from several parts of the poker industry.

Poker Summit North America will host representatives from online poker businesses, land-based casinos, iTV and the marketing industry. Topics set for discussion include the various regulations for poker, marketing campaigns, customer retention and more.

Speakers at the event include David Carruthers, BetonSports chief executive; Jeffrey Haas, Ongame Network director of product management; Liam Casey, Sports Interaction casino and poker manager; Mickey Charles, The Sports Network president and CEO; and Congressman Jim Kasper, North Dakota House of Representatives.
