Poker pro writes poker song

Dutch poker player Marcel Luske, also know as "the Flying Dutchman," is composing a poker song and hopes to perform it live at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas this summer, reports ESPN.com's Steve Rosenbloom.

According to the columnist, the ballad is titled "The Song of the Outlaws" after Luske's poker crew, the "Circle of Outlaws," which includes Patrik Antonius, Noeh Boeken, Eric and Robbie Mizrachi, Luco Pagano, and Marco Traniello (Jennifer Harman's husband).

A sample of lyrics published on the site include "Poker, poker, poker, everyone plays poker" and "You can call. You can bet. You can raise." The song is written to the tune of "Rawhide."

Luske is planning to remake his poker DVD, "Poker My Way," to include "The Song of the Outlaws" and other music, and hopes players will return their old copies in exchange for a new one.

"All the people who don't have the song on there, we will find a way to get it to them. Either they can give back the old one and get a new one or something like that," he said.
