Soi Nguyen is living proof that poker dreams can come true.

Nguyen had played only three live tournaments when he outlasted over 7,000 players to secure a spot at the final table of the 2010 WSOP Main Event.

The Orange County resident, who works for a medical supplies company, was living any casual poker player's ultimate dream - swoop in make the final table of the biggest poker tournament on earth.

Although Nguyen was the only amateur player to make the final table he did have some help from close friends Chino Rheem, Nam Le, J.C. Tran and Steve Sung who helped him work on his game.
