Poker game breaks record for Xbox Live Arcade

The recently released "Texas Hold'em" game for Xbox Live Arcade is breaking records for Microsoft.

The game set a record as the fastest downloaded item ever on the Xbox Live marketplace in its first day out. In the first 24-hours of its release, "Texas Hold'em" had more than 100 downloads per minute.

"Texas Hold'em" is the first poker game made available on Xbox Live Arcade and includes online multiplayer play while keeping track of achievements and a player's bankroll. It was released Aug. 25 and was available free for downloading for the first 48 hours after its release.
