Where can I find information on the bonuses you offer?

Who exactly qualifies as a “PokerListings Player?”

To be considered a “PokerListings Player” at any particular poker room, you must have originally signed up at that poker room via one of our links or with one of our exclusive bonus codes.

I regularly contribute to this forum but I have not received any PokerListings bonus. Why not?

While we value all members of our forum, this is not the criteria for being considered a “PokerListings Player” as far as bonuses or frreerolls are concerned. See answer above.

I went to the same room from several different Web sites before I signed up and/or I can't remember how/when I created my account at a particular poker room. How do I know I am correctly signed up through PokerListings?

The best way to confirm this is by e-mailing the poker room's customer support and asking them if your account was created via PokerListings.
Try and give them as much detail as possible, including the date you signed up, what bonus code you used and so on.

If you receive a reply that says you are not linked to PokerListings, but you’re certain you did create your account through us, please forward your details (playerID, registered email at the poker site, etc.) and any communication you have had with the room to promotions@pokerlistings.com.
We will try to find out more on your behalf.

I already have an account at room xxxx. Can you link my account to PokerListings so I can get these bonuses?

You can’t retroactively “tag” a player account to PokerListings. If you’ve already opened a real-money account at a poker room either through the room itself or another affiliate, you can’t participate in the exclusive PokerListings freerolls or receive the bonuses from that room.

That said, we have dozens of rooms that offer exclusive PokerListings bonuses, so it’s easy to find a room you’re not already a member of, open an account, and start taking advantage of our high-value sign-up bonuses there.
You might even find a poker room with softer play or better options than the room you currently play at.

I signed up with xxx recently and did an initial deposit of 100 and used the correct PokerListings promo code. I have never received a bonus and they said I needed to contact you. Can you tell me why I would not have received the bonus?

Not all of the bonus offers are instantly matched and credited to an account. It is important to review each specific site’s guidelines regarding how the bonuses are earned. Some sites will match the bonus to your account immediately after the first deposit. Some will do it in full while others might break it down into portions. On other sites, it may be necessary to earn the bonus in increments.
